Speaking of commitment, it only harvests using biodynamic farming; a natural, eco-friendly approach to farming that avoids synthetic intervention. The grove is self-sustaining — it feeds the trees directly from the soil humus rather than chemical inputs, and the energy supply is sourced from off-grid wind and solar generators.
This oil is rich in flavour and so convenient to use and store in a cask. It makes it so easy to have agood daily dose of olive oil!

My all time favourite oil! I won’t use anything but this now that I’ve tried it. No bitterness, just a lovely golden rich delicacy!
Literally the bestest barley we’ve ever had. Silky smooth, filling and delicious. Little amount goes a long way!!
This gorgeous oil is beautifully packaged and I love the inclusion of the pouring nozzle. It was incredible to see the olives picked and prepared in only April to then have it as bottled oil in my hands by June was amazing. I love the freshness of the oil. Perfect for smashed Avocado toast!
