Hot Tip.

Make your own Moon Milk by adding  2 heaped teaspoons (6 g) to a little warm milk. Stir to combine. Add the remaining milk to make 200 ml. For sweetness, add 1 teaspoon maple syrup or local raw honey.

Not my thing

It suggests making it with all milk and I think it's overpowering. Perhaps half and half.


Thanks for your feedback - its a personal choice when it comes to how much milk to add. I like it quarter milk.
