Deep in Victoria’s Strathbogie Ranges, on the lush Tablelands, Raw Honey founders Andrew and Moss have been quite the busy bees. While managing their 700 beehives, they developed a knack for Eucalypt honey production. Raw Honey is certified by AusQual; a certification for organic and biodynamic produce. The guys have gone above and beyond, creating a completely off-grid processing facility, powered by solar and with rainwater harvested from their roof. But best of all, the bees are cared for at all times. Andrew and Moss place them where there is sufficient nectar and pollen availability, and they’re given regular clean drinking water. The honey is then harvested ethically, and packaged up ready for our morning smoothies and oats.
