Cinnamon

Cinnamon’s intense aroma and flavour packs a punch. Sourced from the inner bark of a tree, it’s been praised for its medicinal properties for thousands of years. With its 1 to 1.6% oil content, the flavour is mild and delicate. Comfortingly warm, not hot. Fruity, almost apple-cinnamon, floral and nectar-like, but only lightly sweet.
