All About Our Flours
The festive is getting close and flour is one of the staples for holiday baking. Explore why our flours are the best you can find:
Premium Quality & Nutripanels
Our flours are minimally processed, most are originally grown and they are made from only the best grains, nuts and seeds. Our cassava flour form Three Spades for example, is locally farmed without the use of pesticides and is rich in gut-healthy soluble fibre vitamin C. Our almond flour, from The Almond farmer, is made from almonds that have been hand picked, sorted and packed. It's high in protein, low carb and can help to regulate blood sugar.
Sustainably Farmed
We pride ourselves on partnering with companies and brands that share our passion for eco-conscious practices. For example, Kialla Pure Foods work with organic farmers who maintain biodiversity and soil fertility, and kindred Organics use manure and compost to naturally fertilise their paddocks and enrich the soil.
Locally made
We love Aussie companies doing good things for the both people and planet. All Kindred Organics products are grown, stored, processed and packed on the family farm in Tasmania. The Artisan Mill ( which is part of a collection of products by Pepo Farms) is a family owned and operated traditional oil and flour mill located in Victoria.
