Use in simple lunchbox formula below to keep tummies satisfied and make mornings run more smoothly.
When preparing lunchbox, try to include:
Protein

Essential for muscle growth and development. Try hard boiled eggs, chicken or tuna sandwiches/sushi, Greek yoghurt, hummus dip.
Healthy Fats.

Important for brain function. Include some guacamole, olives, cheese, sunflower/pumpkin seeds.
Fruit and Veggies

Rich in antioxidants vitamins and minerals. Mix it up with fruit salad, veggie skewers, crudites or smoothie packed in a thermos.
Carbohydrates

Our body's primary source of energy consider rice crackers, quinoa/pasta salad, wraps or quiche.
P&P Snacks

High-fibre popcorn, protein-rich beef jerky and pork sticks, gluten-free pea puffs, gut loving gummies or probiotic kombucha we have you covered in the snack department.
