Sourcing the Berries You may wonder why Mt.Wilder don’t source their berries from Australia. Olive explains that Australia doesn't have the climate to support wild berries. Wild berries are native to Europe; they’re essentially like grass over there. They grow rapidly and in abundance, without the need for any farming interventions.
