The name says it all, Gevity means longevity, and RX means prescription. I love this product. I add water then freeze in an IceCube container. I add a cube to my daughter’s hot chocolate every day. I also put three cubes in my smoothie. On it’s own, it is very salty. I could not handle drinking it just with hot water. But I will be buying this product again, and have recommended it to family and friends.
