Did you know many commercially made baking paper is coated with Quilon, which allows the paper to be water repellency in hot or cold temperatures. Invented by DuPont in the late 1940s, Quilon is a chemical that contains the heavy metal chromium and can be quite toxic when used for baking and when disposed in landfill. If you Care's paper uses silicone from nature and therefore, compostable and landfill safe.

Hot tip.
No greasing necessary and microwave and oven safe to 220 degrees centigrade. Muffins, cupcakes, mini quiches and other recipes won’t stick to these baking cups because of their natural easy release properties.
