The benefits.
- Ashwagandha - a potent adaptogen that can be both calming and energising depending on what the body is asking for.
- Oatstraw - used for centuries to soothe the body and mind, and help ease insomnia. It may also reduce inflammation and improve mood and brain function.

Subtle serenity
Serenity is a gorgeous bedtime tea. It tastes floral but not too strongly like you might expect. It's subtle enough to just warm your senses and wind down the body for a restful sleep. Hubby & I love enjoying it together in the evenings
