Handmade in the Byron Bay region with activated, slow roasted Australian chickpeas, organic seeds and pecans. A clever and healthy snack that has a delicious caramel, nutty flavour unlike anything you've ever tasted. Perfect with a cuppa, for kids lunches, or that mid afternoon slump.
High protein seed blend (Australian pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds*, flax seeds*), brown rice syrup*, pecan flour (10%), macadamia oil, roasted almonds, coconut*, buckwheat*, cranberries (cranberry, sugar, sunflower oil), Himalayan pink salt
*Organic ingredients
Please note - each bar is wrapped in compostable Natureflex pouches to stop them from bending and sticking together.
Added sugar or preservatives.
Did you know most commercial muesli/seed bars are puffed or toasted under extreme heat or pressure? This completely destroys the nutrients, meaning you’re essentially eating an ‘empty’ packet of muesli/seed bars each day. So much for those claims on the box.
Made by hand in Byron Bay from the best locally sourced ingredients.
Enjoy with a cuppa, in lunchboxes, on hiking trips, or for a hungry belly that needs a snack on the go.

I wanted to love these so much, but in my opinion, they fell short. This flavour did not come through for me. I tasted oil and not much else. I didn't get any caramel and any pecan. This is just me, and I'm sure many people will say otherwise, but they missed the mark and i won't be repurchasing.
And at the price that they are, they should have been amazing.

Hi guys all were diferent but all yummy, I cut into smaller peaces . I love the fact I got a few diferent ones to try them all. If you do a mixed bag one ide love to hear . Thanks heaps Joanne green
I have really enjoyed tasting all the flavours in the sample pack that I ordered recently. My favourites are the Chai, Caramel Pecan and the Tumeric. The Tumeric was the one I chose at the tasting stall in Ballina about a month ago, and it is still my fav. I really like the natural flavour. And that they are not very sweet to taste. Its interesting that I stumbled across Darl Bars because I rarely shop at markets and had only stopped off to look for something for my daughter who I was visiting. I will definitely order some more. Not keen on the Dutch cocoa and sour cherry. Its a bit too soft and crumbly and floury. Also maybe they are a bit pricey ($15 a bag). But at $3 each its not bad considering how they are made. :-) Despite being on a largely FODMAP diet I can cope with these very well. A real plus.
