Did you know that when cooking oils reach their smoke point, they may become toxic? Volatile and harmful chemical compounds are released, which have been linked to lung and bladder cancer. The lower the smoke point of the oil, the easier it is for toxicity to occur. Thankfully, ghee has a very high smoke point.

Following a series of devastating health lows, Sol Organics owner and founder Jen sought relief in a local herb shop. She was introduced to Ayurveda and the traditional healing practices of ancient medicine, and her passion was sparked instantly.
