Enter Well Fed Kitchen, created by Lucy Stewart, a qualified Nutritionist with a passion for babies’ and children’s health. She dreamed up a range of nourishing, convenient snacks that are made with real, whole-food, plant-based ingredients. The goal? Satisfy hungry tummies, support steady energy, and sneak in some bonus nutrients - without any of the junk.
What started as a local snack delivery service on the Sunshine Coast has now grown into a collection of ‘make at home’ bake mixes, available right across Australia.
They’re nut-free (hello, lunchbox safe!), and made without dairy, soy, or wheat — because let’s face it, those can be tricky for many little tummies. You also won’t find any additives or mysterious “natural flavours” here. Just the good stuff.
These are the same snacks Lucy whips up for her own kids (and yep, she definitely sneaks a few for herself). Just bake, pop them in the freezer, and throw one in the lunchbox — they’ll be perfectly fresh by morning tea.
