Everyone can enjoy pizza night with these light and crispy, low carb, vegan bases. With a subtle nutty flavour, they hold up well with any topping and are equally delicious broken up and eaten as crackers too.

The benefits.

What goes in.

Australian blanched almond flour, water, organic tapioca flour, coconut oil, organic psyllium powder, baking powder (grain free), nutritional yeast flakes, Himalayan rock salt.

Contains: tree nuts, flax seeds and hemp seeds.

Made in a kitchen can also produces sesame seeds, walnuts, honey and eggs.

Grains, pseudo-grains, gluten, soy, yeast, preservatives, refined sugars, dairy, eggs and emulsifiers

Did you know?

Did you know that commercial wheat crops are often sprayed with glyphosate — the main ingredient in RoundUp — right before harvest? This herbicide can make its way into food products, increasing our risk of health concerns like negatively affecting our good gut bacteria. The moral of the story? Always opt for organically farmed flours.

Geography.

Handmade in small batches in Melbourne.

Hot tip.

Run the base with garlic or add some tomato paste or pesto, then add your favourite toppings such as mushrooms, olives and roasted vegetables. For a total paleo experience, drizzle with cashew cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 15 minutes or until ingredients are cooked through. For an extra crispy base, pre-bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees before putting toppings on.

What do you do when you need to stop eating all of the foods you love? You create your own line of nutritious and delicious products that cater for your new dietary needs. Growing up, sisters Sally and Jo both experienced food intolerances, gut issues and problematic skin. After ditching gluten first, and then grains altogether, they experienced a revolution with their health and felt the best they had in years.  They knew they could never go back to their old ways of eating, but they also wanted their new diet of grain free products to still actually taste yummy. And so, No Grainer was born. 

It took hundreds of hours of experimentation in the kitchen to be able to create their grain free line of products, including crackers and pizza bases, that are paleo, low carb and made from only wholefood ingredients. The sisters are passionate about making sure that everyone can still enjoy some of their favourite foods while not compromising on their health.

Surprisingly Good

I didn’t know what to expect with this but purchased it for an easy quick lunch fix for myself and my two year old and it was exactly that .. I just popped it in the oven with my chosen toppings and it was done in less than 15 mins from start to finish .. Will definitely purchase again.
