Doña Cholita is a Mexican-Australian family business making organic totopos fresh in the Northern Rivers, NSW. Each chip starts as a corn tortilla made from certified organic, nixtamalised maize, then is cut and cooked in avocado oil. Vegan, gluten free and preservative free.
