Hot tip.

Pour freshly boiled water over an infusion bag in a cup. Cover your mug with a lid (or a small plate) and let the infusion bag steep for 10 minutes (or longer). To double the strength add 2 bags, it is best doubled when serving iced.

The seeds for Organic India were planted when a small group of travellers converged upon the northern Indian town of Lucknow to listen to the simple teachings of spiritual leader H.W.L. Poonja. Fragrant and delicious

This is such a lovely tea. It’s fragrant and so warming and lovely to drink. I’ve already had two cups. Perfect for a chilly evening, or a night amongst friends, relaxing on the couch. I like it with a dash of honey as I’m more a sweet tooth, but my husband doesn’t add anything. Such a lovely way to unwind after dinner. Yum
