Seed plants must be left in the field for as long as possible, to allow the seeds to reach maturity before they’re harvested. But with more time, comes a higher risk of pests and disease, so farmers often rely on these chemicals to keep them at bay.

Pumpkin Seed Flour

Pumpkin seed flour has become a staple for my non-gluten bread/cake making. It a non grain product which I like and is very nutritious - 49% protein. I addition the flavour is mild so can be used in any baking recipe.

Hooray for part and Parcel

The product arrived in good condition and very expediently. I am still waiting for another product from another company, ordered at the same time as my order from Part and Parcel. I need the product make my low carb bread before I can make an educated judgement about the pumpkin flour. I did open the pumpkin seed flour I received from you and it looks and tastes good,

So much protein

So much protein, great addition to make healthier pancakes and muffins. Can't taste the difference but it does make my banana bread slightly green which I don't mind.
