The benefits.

  • Promotes healthy digestion and gut health (fibre in seeds, nuts and chickpeas)
  • Helps to build muscle (protein in seeds and chickpeas)
  • Helps to protect your body’s cells from free radical damage (vitamin E - antioxidant in seeds)
  • Helps with cognitive function and immune function (selenium in seeds)

What goes in.

High protein seed blend (Australian pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds*, flax seeds*), brown rice syrup*, pecan flour (10%), macadamia oil, roasted almonds, coconut*, buckwheat*, cranberries (cranberry, sugar, sunflower oil), Himalayan pink salt

*Organic ingredients

Please note  - each bar is wrapped in compostable Natureflex pouches to stop them from bending and sticking together.

What's kept out.

Added sugar or preservatives.

Did you know?

Did you know most commercial muesli/seed bars are puffed or toasted under extreme heat or pressure? This completely destroys the nutrients, meaning you’re essentially eating an ‘empty’ packet of muesli/seed bars each day. So much for those claims on the box.

Geography.

Made by hand in Byron Bay from the best locally sourced ingredients.

Hot tip.

Enjoy with a cuppa, in lunchboxes, on hiking trips, or for a hungry belly that needs a snack on the go.

Thanks Darl

Delicious and my Gut Loves them

I have really enjoyed tasting all the flavours in the sample pack that I ordered recently. My favourites are the Chai, Caramel Pecan and the Tumeric. The Tumeric was the one I chose at the tasting stall in Ballina about a month ago, and it is still my fav. I really like the natural flavour. And that they are not very sweet to taste. Its interesting that I stumbled across Darl Bars because I rarely shop at markets and had only stopped off to look for something for my daughter who I was visiting. I will definitely order some more. Not keen on the Dutch cocoa and sour cherry. Its a bit too soft and crumbly and floury. Also maybe they are a bit pricey ($15 a bag). But at $3 each its not bad considering how they are made. :-) Despite being on a largely FODMAP diet I can cope with these very well. A real plus.
