Highly effective yet gentle, antibacterial yet non toxic, effective in cold, warm or hot water yet also colour safe - this is a must-have laundry item for busy families. It’s a natural, biodegradable bleach alternative that will whiten, brighten and remove stains without damaging items, your skin or the planet.

The benefits.

  • High-performance and ultra concentrated
  • Effective with cold, warm, and hot water
  • Suitable for grey water and septic tanks
  • Suitable for top and front loaders
  • Removes dust mite allergens
  • No optical brighteners

What goes in.

Aqua (purified water), sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (surfactant), hydrogen peroxide (oxidising disinfectant), tetrasodium edta (chelating agent), disodium phosphate (inorganic salt), citric acid (ph adjuster).

What's kept out.

Cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauryl sulphate and ethoxylated ingredients.

Did you know?

Did you know that cocamidopropyl betaine is a suspected environmental toxin, and it’s particularly dangerous for marine life? If that’s not bad enough, cleaning products containing cocamidopropyl betaine can cause instant skin reactions, including itchiness, tightness and redness. We’d rather keep our hands off that one.

Geography.

Made with love in Australia.

Hot tip.

For the laundry:
Put product into empty washing machine drum, then add laundry. Use 10 mL (approximately two capfuls) for front load washers or 20 mL for top load washers. For stain removal or a pre-soak whitening solution, add 5 mL (one capful) per 4L of water in a bucket or sink. Submerge the whole item (not just the stained area) and allow it to soak for as long as possible, preferably up to eight hours.

This product can be used on most fabrics, except for silk, wool, leather or items with buttons made from metal or wood.

For the home:
To clean grout, tiles, shower walls and hard surfaces mix up a solution of about 6 capfuls (30 mL) with approximately 4 litres of warm water in a bucket. With a sponge or cloth, wipe it around the surface. Let it soak in for at least 15 minutes, then rinse well with clean water.

Koala Eco

Co-founders Jessica and Paul’s story spans the world. A health scare during their younger son’s infancy triggered the couple to reassess the products they were using at home. Unable to find brands that were truly natural and safe, yet powerful, and convinced there were many people like them looking to make more natural product choices, Paul and Jessica decided to create their own. Koala Eco harnesses the wild power of nature and merges it with science, marrying powerful Australian botanicals and plant-derived ingredients with research-backed evidence. What we love about Jessica and Paul is that they are on a mission to bring truly natural products into the mainstream. They believe that many people would like to make more sustainable, natural product choices, but nagging beliefs that ‘eco’ options compromise on efficacy and require too much effort to find and to buy stand in their way. The aim is for Koala Eco to fill the gap. And it seems to have struck a chord, with a large and ever-growing fan base devoted to the brand. Since the launch of the brand, Koala Eco has supported “1% for the Planet”, the WWF and local organisations that strive to protect Koalas and their natural habitat.
