Was lucky to find this product , specially from Tasmania. I love Tasmanian products. This particular product was used to bake South American ( Galletas con grasa) they turned out just like the bought ones.
Not exactly what I was getting. I wanted beef tallow that was hard this wasn’t. It was runny like.
