Hot tip.
Toss 2 tablespoons of m*lk and 1 litre of water in a blender, then blend for one minute. Add Crum., drown cereal, make a smoothie, or drink on its own.

Flora Foods founder and plant-based chef Heidi Briggs recognised the important role that food plays in both our lives and our memories.
