A premium strong wheat flour ideal for baking crusty bread, sourdoughs and pizza bases. With only the bran being sieved off, the flour retains a good proportion of the natural wheat's nutrients, making it perfect for rich sourdough as enzymes in the bran assist in fermentation.

This flour has taken our homemade pizza to another level. You can really tell the difference between plain flour and this flour when making pizzas.
