Did you know you can generally tell the quality of apple cider vinegar just by inspecting the colour? If it’s very clear and translucent, it’s likely been filtered and processed. This means it doesn’t contain the mother, the cloudy strands of yeast and bacteria that form naturally during fermentation.

It burnt the hell out of my throat the first time, but my tolerance grew. I make gummies out of it now with all natural ingredients, and it makes it easier for kids (and me) to partake. I still take it in its liquid form once a day as it has helped immensely with my constant throat infections. My husband is also a convert. I’m recommending it to anyone I know.
