Did you know that avocado oil should be kept in a dark bottle? This will protect it from sunlight, which over time will turn the oil rancid. This not only destroys the all-important antioxidants; it can also trigger harmful free radicals that contribute to cell damage.

Geography.

Sustainably made in the Alpine Region of Victoria   

Cold-pressed and unrefined, meaning that nothing has been added or taken away. Once the oil is pressed it is stored in stainless steel tanks for 5 days before bottling so any seed particles can settle. 

Hot tip.

Add pumpkin seed oil mixed in with apple cider vinegar on fresh green salads, or warm potato and bean salads. 

Marinade meat, drizzle over steamed vegetables or pasta plus it gives delicious results in baking or even ty it mixed in ice cream to add a deliciously nutty flavour.

Not as great as the ones I had in Austria

To be honest, I was a bit disaapointed with the taste and the smell even. I was introduced to pumpkin seed oil while in Austria and absolutely fell in love with it! However, these ones I just ordered really did not live up to what I had. Even the smell seems blander. And the taste not as strong.

Will have to buy a made-in-Austria one the next time.

Have read that that pumpkin seed oil could heal an irritated bladder so I’ve started taking 15ml to lessen my nighttime urination trips and so far the results have been impressive. Last night I got a 6hr sleep which for me is pretty much unheard of. Satisfied customer 😊

Love the taste

Delicious taste - quite nutty. Perfect over salads combined with Balsamic vinegar. From a health viewpoint it is anti-inflammatory and a good source of antioxidants, so I love that I am getting good nutrition with added benefits for my arthritis.
