Driven by a desire to reduce her family's intake, she embarked on a journey to find additive free alternatives. She began substituting supermarket products with those containing real, recognisable ingredients and sharing her swaps on social media under the handle @Supermarket.Swap, which rapidly attracted a large following of people eager to learn about making healthier food choices for their families.
