Hand made with pure cotton fabric, pure Australian beeswax, organic coconut oil, and tree resin.
What's kept out.
Plastic. Plain and simple.
Did you know?
Did you know that plastic waste can take up to 1000 years to decompose? Every little bit compounds the problem, impacting wildlife, waterways and more. When transitioning into a plastic-free home, don’t forget about your food coverings.
Geography.
Made with love in NSW.
Hot tip.
Uses: These wraps will stick to themselves using the warmth of your hands. Simply wrap around the food item (cheese, fruit, veggies), bowl or plate of food to create a seal.
Cleaning: Rinse between uses in lukewarm water with mild dish soap.
Refreshing your wraps: Wraps should last between 6-12 months. If they start looking a bit haggard, lay them between sheets of baking paper and iron (or pop them on baking paper in a 110-degree Celcius oven for a few minutes).
Queen B
Queen B was the first Australian company to make beeswax food wraps by hand. The journey began as a hobby for founder, Cate Burton. Cate started rolling candles as therapy for managing the anxieties of a high pressure corporate job - and it worked. Queen B became a candle making business (officially) in 2000 and now, 20 years and 2 million candles later, they apply the same made-by-hand standards to beeswax wraps that have worked so successfully with candles. Ultimately, Queen B exists to make a difference. They bring realness and simplicity to your life. And, of course, they love helping out the planet.
