With around 8.4g of protein per stick and a subtle Mexican-inspired flavour, they’re a convenient low-carb, gluten-free snack for lunchboxes, travel, workouts, or everyday snacking.

Australian organic grass-fed beef (91%), herbs and spices, sea salt, honey*, cultured swiss chard powder, garlic, onion, natural flavour, antioxidant (rosemary extract), black pepper, starter culture, edible collagen casing.
*We use a tiny bit of honey to start the natural fermentation process.
Lightly smoked with Barossa Valley red-gum.

Did you know?
Each 25g stick provides about 8.4g of protein, roughly equivalent to the protein in one and a half large eggs. The sticks are naturally fermented and cured, with cultured Swiss chard and rosemary extract used instead of synthetic curing agents.
