Pretty awesome - unfortunately it's not Israeli couscous

I was looking for gluten free Israeli couscous, but the only solution I could find was this. It is a great product, full of protein, great for vegans, for celiacs, and certainly the combination of those two as well. ;)

Easy chickpea couscous

This is a quick and easy, takes 10 minutes. Tastes good and is a great gluten free option. I made a really nice tabbouleh with it and a roasted pumpkin and spinach cous cous.
