Savoury organic beef sticks made from grass-fed, grass-finished Australian beef, naturally fermented and lightly smoked for a tender, meaty flavour. With around 8.5g of protein per stick, they’re a convenient high-protein, low-carb snack for lunchboxes, travel, workouts, or everyday snacking.

Australian organic grass-fed beef (95%), sea salt (2%), honey*, cultured swiss chard powder, antioxidant (rosemary extract), starter culture, edible collagen casing.
*We use a tiny bit of honey to start the natural fermentation process.
Lightly smoked with Barossa Valley red-gum.
What's kept out.
synthetic nitrates and nitrites, phosphates, MSG, soy, seed oils and artificial preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy, nuts and sugar.
Did you know?
Each 25g stick contains around 8.5g of protein, roughly the amount found in one and a half large eggs. The beef sticks are naturally fermented and cured, giving them their firm, savoury, salami-style texture while helping make them shelf stable.
