The benefits.

  • Australian Certified compostable
  • Sourced from GMO-free regions with high levels of rain to minimise any irrigation (corn)
  • Annually renewable crop — can re-grow and be harvested in a single season (corn)

What goes in.

Made from a natural starch-based polymer derived from corn.

What's kept out.

Plastic. Plain and simple.

Did you know?

Did you know that plastic waste can take up to 1000 years to decompose? Every little bit compounds the problem, impacting wildlife, waterways and more. When transitioning into a plastic-free home, don’t forget about your garbage bags.

Geography.

Made in Australia.

Hot tip.

Being compostable, these bags can be used with most Council Organic Waste Collection programs. if you’re lucky enough to have one in your area.

Compost-A-Pak

Sure, you’ve heard the word compost before — but we’re almost certain you’ve never heard of it like this. Compost-A-Pak make revolutionary, renewable bin liners that are made from an unlikely yet magical ingredient: corn. Compost-A-Pak crops are deliberately sourced from international GMO-free regions with high levels of rain, reducing the amount of unnecessary irrigation. What’s left behind are third grade corn kernels; a waste product normally left by farmers to rot. This spoiled corn is not suitable for human or animal consumption, so Compost-A-Pak transforms the harvest into compostable bin liners that biodegrade even faster than worldwide standards.

This is the best liner we've ever tried for our compost bin. It doesn't rip easily. Perfect.

Perfect for my small kitchen compost bin!

These are a perfect fit for my kitchen compost bin. Although they're not suitable for my small garden composting system, I know they are not adding to plastic waste in my general rubbish. Very happy with them!

Environmentally friendly kitchen caddy liners

Perfect as they can be composted. Simply empty out contents of caddy separately to the liner, which is discarded in the same green recycle bin.
