What goes in.

Organic Kombucha Tea (92.75%) (Purified Water , Organic Sugar , Organic Assam Black Tea , Organic Live Kombucha Cultures) , Organic Ginger Juice (5.2%) , Food Acid (Citric Acid) , Natural Flavour , Yuzu Extract , Probiotic Cultures (Bc Unique - Bacillus Coagulans).

What's kept out.

Sugar and unnatural sweeteners.

Did you know?

Many commercial Kombucha's add in extra sugar to sweeten the naturally bitter taste of real Kombucha, or they only allow for a short fermenting period which doesn’t give the cultures enough time to create the beneficial acids and prebiotic properties.

Traditionally brewed in small batches over 45 days in Sydney.

Hot tip.

Make your very own pickled and fermented fruits or veggies at home. Add kombucha along with apple cider vinegar and your choice of herbs and spice to create incredible gut-healthy combinations.

Good value

We make our own Kombucha but sometimes we buy some for a change or ours is slow at fermenting. We enjoyed the flavour of this concentrate and recommend it.
