It began when Nic Davidson and Sarah Holloway found themselves at a Japanese tea ceremony, falling in love with the distinct flavour and impressive antioxidant properties of this mysterious green powder. Returning home, they battled health issues inflamed by coffee consumption, and became hooked on the gentler source of caffeine.
