Did you know?

Did you know commercial tea bags often contain plastic? Many brands use a sealing agent called polypropylene to seal the tea bag — it isn’t biodegradable or recyclable. Even worse, some premium tea bags are made with cheap plastic mesh, which releases billions of microplastics with every cup. Herbal tea with a dose of microplastics? We’ll pass.

Geography.

Tummy Tea is a locally produced, organic herbal tea from Mindful Foods in Northern NSW, Australia, designed to support digestion with a thoughtfully blended mix of certified herbs.

Hot tip.

Our hot (or rather cool) tip is to leave a cup beside your bed to cool down while you sleep , then drink it first thing in the morning - to kick start your digestion.

One teaspoon per person. Brew 3-5 mins with boiling water.

Mindful Foods

It begins with the process: selecting the right ingredients for the right reasons, choosing plastic-free packaging, and working alongside a heart-led team that genuinely cares.

But that’s only the beginning. The real magic happens when the team steps away—when the hair nets are hung up for the day and everyone returns home to their loved ones. It’s in the opening of a box, the turning of a jar lid, the scattering of crumbs on a kitchen bench.

In the pursuit of a mindful life, the simple pleasures of taste and smell are often overlooked. So too are the healing gifts of nature found in everyday food.

Whether it’s preparing a nightly family dinner or passing around wholesome snacks at work, everyone has the power to bring a little more mindfulness into daily life—through food.
