Following a series of devastating health lows, Sol Organics owner and founder Jen sought relief in a local herb shop. She was introduced to Ayurveda and the traditional healing practices of ancient medicine, and her passion was sparked instantly. Through this healing process, Jen was inspired to travel to the Ayurvedic Institute in New Zealand, where she learned to cook traditional healing foods, including one star ingredient: ghee.
