Rolling thousands of bliss balls in her tiny kitchen is how nutritionist Danielle Minnebo started her Aussie company, Food To Nourish, in 2013.
Danielle saw a gap in the market for healthy gluten-free foods made with integrity and high-quality, nutrient-dense, organic ingredients.
A key point of difference in the company’s products is the use of sprouted seeds and nuts.
The process of sprouting involves soaking the nuts and seeds in water with either a little apple cider vinegar or salt for 8-12 hours before being dried at low temperatures for 12-24 hours.
This allows for easier digestion and absorption of nutrients. Their range includes baking mixes, nut/seed butters, protein cookies and bliss bars, all made from delicious, nourishing, wholefood ingredients.
