Meet The Ladies Behind Baby Food Bible
Baby Food Bible, otherwise known as BABLE, was started by Clinical Nutritionist Julia Tellidis and Baby Nutrition Consultant Lauren Skora.
With their combined knowledge of the intricacies, joys and frustration of feeding babies, they started creating recipes that focused not just on the “what” to feed little ones, but also on the “how” - to ensure that they are being supported and encouraged to become adventurous and intuitive eaters.
Find inspiration, great tips, recipes and advice from Julia and Lauren on how to feed the smallest members of your family here.
BABLE’s Brand New Book
The BABLE ladies have just launched their incredible new book!
‘Baby Food Bible’ is the go-to guide for feeding your baby from the very first bite to toddlerhood and beyond.
This book will guide you through everything you need to know about starting solids, and support you on your journey to feed the whole family in the most nutritionally considered ways.
With over 100+ recipes, the book is underpinned by the principle of ‘food is medicine’. From breakfast to pram pleasers, lunchboxes, easy dinners and even sweets, this book will show you how to create adventurous eaters from the very beginning, while also ensuring you can still get those greens into even the fussiest of kids.
Baby Food Bible can be found in all major book retailers across the country or you can also get your copy here.
