How to make ritual:
1. Dissolve 2-4 teaspoons of ritual in 1 tablespoon of boiling water.
2. Stir into a cup of your favourite hot milk.
3. Drop in your sweetener, or don't.
Flora Foods
Flora Foods founder and plant-based chef Heidi Briggs recognised the important role that food plays in both our lives and our memories. Wanting to recreate childhood moments of racing home to a cherished after-school treat, she set out to make the most delicious and wholesome chocolate drinks and mylk bases that are sure to, as Heidi says, become “connections in a mug”.
