Hot tip.

It's recommended to start with 1/4 - 1/2 tsp (1.6g) Ashwagandha root powder per day.

If you are sensitive to herbs, you may want to start with less. When your body feels ready, you can increase your dosage according to your daily needs. Best to use Ashwagandha extract powder in the AM and PM.

For fast absorption, mix the Ashwagandha powder directly into coffee, hot tea or your favourite nut milk. Ashwagandha is also a delicious addition to your healthy smoothies, hot chocolates, soup broths, raw desserts, and baked goods.

About the Mushrooms.

Sourcing

Teelixer seeks to source the world’s cleanest, and highest-grade herbal ingredients. All of their tonic herbs, mushrooms, and adaptogens are sustainably wild-harvested, with respect to, and abiding by the fundamental concept of "Di Tao” sourcing in Chinese herbalism. Di Tao means “Earth Tao” or in Chinese, “authentic source.”

All ingredients come directly from their original growing source, the pristine high mountain ranges, far from any cities or industrial pollution.

Many of Teelixer’s herbs are wildcrafted directly from the forest, and many are "wild cultivated". Wild cultivated herbs are grown from seed, then placed into a natural environment (a mountain forest or a desert, for example) and allowed to grow naturally without human interference. The wild cultivation process simulates the wild herbs growing conditions where the herb can accumulate food and energy naturally. This method produces mushrooms and tonic herbs with a chemical profile closely similar to the wild material and is often better than the organically cultivated varieties.

Extraction

Tonic herbs, mushrooms, and adaptogens are extracted using natural and clean water from the pristine mountain ranges where the herbs grow naturally.

The exception is with our dual-extract products such as Chaga mushroom, Reishi mushroom, Astragalus root, and others. These herbs undergo a process of dual-extraction using water and organic ethanol. Organic ethanol is used to extract the adaptogenic terpenes while hot water extracts the immune-modulating beta-glucans. This is to ensure that they extract the full spectrum of the herbs. This process also increases the bio-availability and produces a far greater nutritionally potent product.

Non-irradiated

All herbal materials that Teelixir sources that enter into Australia are in their purest form, in a completely non-irradiated state.

Independently Tested

Teelixir use the strict heavy metals guideline of the Low Heavy Metals Verified Organisation as a benchmark to test our products.

This is why we love Teelixer, as they are committed to proving products that are from the purest, cleanest, and most natural sources in the world.

I am very happy with the products I mix the mushroom immunity into my cupacchino in the morning and also stir it into my miso soup, and during the day I will have a Mushroom Matcha Latte, and go to sleep with the mushroom cacao Late, with ashwagandha root powder and mixed in.

I find that the product works so well in stimulating and improving all levels of my health and highly recommend the products.

Teelixer service and support is excellent.
