Versatile
Good source of protein and whilst I like soaking and cooking my own, when time poor, these are a great staple in the pantry. Used in stews, in salads and blended with some sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, herbs and spices, makes for a delicious and quick dip!
