Have been using this product since September 2021 and have started to notice a change in my skin. I have keratosis and they are slowly disappearing which I am over the moon about. My nails and hair are changing also. I love the flavourless collagen as I put it in my coffee every morning and never notice it's there. I highly recommend this product. 😁
