Nutritional Information.

Mindful Foods

It begins with the process: selecting the right ingredients for the right reasons, choosing plastic-free packaging, and working alongside a heart-led team that genuinely cares.

But that’s only the beginning. The real magic happens when the team steps away—when the hair nets are hung up for the day and everyone returns home to their loved ones. It’s in the opening of a box, the turning of a jar lid, the scattering of crumbs on a kitchen bench.

In the pursuit of a mindful life, the simple pleasures of taste and smell are often overlooked. So too are the healing gifts of nature found in everyday food.

Whether it’s preparing a nightly family dinner or passing around wholesome snacks at work, everyone has the power to bring a little more mindfulness into daily life—through food.

Product not as advertised

The website ingredient listing says that this contains macadamias and brandy (among the full list of ingredients). However, this is not the case and the product I received features a different ingredient listing on the jar. I was very disappointed by this false advertising.
