Lactose, industrial seed oils, milk protein, and soya.
It takes six times as much water to produce one carton of nut milk as it does oat milk? This means OMG oat m!lk is not only a better choice for your health but for the health of our planet, too.
Locally made in Victoria.
Perfect for coffee, smoothies, cereal and straight. Use it as you would use dairy or other alternative milk.
Nutritional Information.
What started in 2019 as a chat between three mates about the lack of a quality, Australian- made oat milk, turned into OMG, an oat milk business with integrity that focuses equally on deliciousness and sustainability.
Developed with baristas in mind, this milk (housed in recyclable Tetra Pak cartons) has a rich, creamy texture, froths incredibly well and is free from seed oils, nuts and sugar. Oats also have a lower carbon footprint than rice or almonds, and don’t need pesticides to thrive, making it the perfect plant-based addition to your morning coffee, breakfast bowl or baking.

Was very much looking for an oat milk without seed oils. This one hit the mark being made with olive oil. It has a distinct taste that is different from the seed oil oat milks. Try it out first before you stock up on it.

Converted! Our previous preferred oat milk tastes so different after a few weeks with OMG. Kids love it too! Such a simple and delicious swap to avoid more seed oils.
