What goes in.

Extra virgin olive oil, spring onion, shiitake mushroom, garlic, onion, chilli flakes, chilli powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, naturally brewed gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), nutritional yeast, pure coconut sugar and sesame seeds.

Commercially produced chilli oils usually contain cheap and nasty industrial seed oils, commonly in the form of canola oil or sunflower oil, which are high in highly unstable omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. When these fats come into contact with oxygen, heat and light, toxic chemicals called free radicals are formed, causing inflammation, damage to our cells and wreak havoc on our health.

Coming from Asian and Middle Eastern Backgrounds, Sophia and Kaan appreciate the range of flavours that the World has to offer. Soka Pantry Co. creates authentic quality pantry staples that we love making and eating and are proud to share. They started seriously making their own batch of chilli oil when they weren't completely sold on store-bought jars, they were infused in vegetable or canola with MSG. And they LOOOVE olive oil and couldn't find any brands that were made with olive oil, so they crafted their own! Gotta love that.

Best chilli oil ever!

The toasted sesame seeds make this a winner. Nice amount of heat and crunch with no bitterness like other chilli oils I’ve tried. I’m obsessed!

Delicious!

I'm married to a Sri Lankan so I've become accustomed to having lots of spice in my foods- and so great to have a delicious one with a healthy olive oil base!
