Grifola frondosa (maitake mushroom), wolfiporia cocos (poria mushroom), lentinula edodes (shiitake mushroom), Cordyceps sinensis (cultivated CS-4 mycelium), agaricus blazei (agaricus mushroom), hericium erinaceus (lion's mane mushroom), ganoderma lucidum (reishi mushroom),inonotus obliquus (chaga mushroom).

Hot tip.
Start with 1⁄4 teaspoon, increasing to 1⁄2 teaspoon or more if desired.
Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, simply add it to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.
