Did you know?

The energising character of cacao comes partly from theobromine, a naturally occurring compound in cacao. This blend combines cacao with a 20% medicinal mushroom complex, featuring Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Reishi and Chaga, along with maca, mesquite, cinnamon and rhodiola.

Made in Australia from imported ingredients.

Hot tip.

For a simple hot cacao, mix 1–2 teaspoons into a cup of hot milk. It also works beautifully in iced cacao, smoothies or homemade raw chocolate. For an extra creamy drink, blend it with warm milk until frothy.

Nutritional Information.

Mindful Foods

It begins with the process: selecting the right ingredients for the right reasons, choosing plastic-free packaging, and working alongside a heart-led team that genuinely cares.

But that’s only the beginning. The real magic happens when the team steps away—when the hair nets are hung up for the day and everyone returns home to their loved ones. It’s in the opening of a box, the turning of a jar lid, the scattering of crumbs on a kitchen bench.

In the pursuit of a mindful life, the simple pleasures of taste and smell are often overlooked. So too are the healing gifts of nature found in everyday food.

Whether it’s preparing a nightly family dinner or passing around wholesome snacks at work, everyone has the power to bring a little more mindfulness into daily life—through food.

Also such good value for the price and an extra bonus that it’s in a glass jar :)
