Great for Breakfast
No trouble preparing - just throw 1/2 cup into saucepan cover with about 1" of water and bring to slow boil.
Leave soaking in boiled water for about 15 minutes - Drain off excess water and add some blueberries and as much Greek Yogurt as you fancy and a dash of honey if you like it sweet. Or play around with it as is your want - experiment.
