Some commercial marine collagen manufacturers use fish scales rather than using skin, which contain lesser quality Collagen. In addition, they use hydrochloric acid to process the scales. Some even add marine species such as jellyfish.

Take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) twice a day, or one tablespoon once a day.
Combine 1 teaspoon (5g) of dry powder into a smoothie or add to a shaker with your favourite cold beverage and mix thoroughly until dissolved.
Let stand for 30 seconds and enjoy. Can be added to hot beverages.
