Pumpkin Seeds
Dry Roasted
250g

Good fat, magnesium and zinc make pumpkin seeds a nutritional triple threat. Better yet, they are soaked and activated then gently dry roasted for an extra nutty flavour and crunch. This not only increases the flavour, but the bioavailability and digestibility. So you get more goodness, faster. Grab a handful for a wholesome snack. And they are grown in Victoria!

Organic pumpkin seeds

What's kept out.

Synthetic fertilisers and pesticides.

Did you know?

Did you know that most seeds are grown on commercial farms using synthetic fertilisers and harsh pesticides? Seed plants must be left in the field for as long as possible, to allow the seeds to reach maturity before they’re harvested. But with more time, comes a higher risk of pests and disease, so farmers often rely on these chemicals to keep them at bay.

Geography.

Sustainably grown in Victoria.

Hot tip.

Great in homemade bread, cakes, and biscuits or simply sprinkled on your morning cereal.

Delicious!

Great product and very moreish. I ground some into a flour for crackers and they baked up fine, although a little more quickly than raw seeds. And I ate half of the rest of the packet while I was doing so :)
