Unlike they’re bland cousins, these crackers are light, crispy and incredibly moreish. Good luck trying to stop at one handful. Thankfully, the only surprise ingredients are organic chia seeds and sea salt.

Did you know many of the crackers sitting on supermarket shelves have been made with high amounts of vegetable oil? This oil is usually produced from GMO crops and is high in omega-6 fats. This messes with the omega 3-6 ratio, increasing omega-6s to a level that may cause inflammation in the body.
