Hot tip.
Start with ¼ teaspoon, increasing to ½ teaspoon or more if desired.
Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, simply add it to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.
